. Mabel Dodge Luhan (1879-1962), a wealthy American patron of the arts, was associated with the Taos art colony which is known as a locus for, among others, D. H. Lawrence, Georgia O'Keeffe, & Ansel Adams. Everett is a psychologist in private practice in Amherst & the author of Corresponding Lives: Mabel Dodge Luhan, A.A. Brill, & the Psychoanalytic Adventure in America
, as well as A History Of Having A Great Many Times Not Continued To Be Friends: The Correspondence Between Mabel Dodge & Gertrude Stein, 1911-1934
